Large-Scale Section Visibility & Production Control
A group of mines consistently failing to meet required output targets engaged MCS to address production performance and section control challenges. Limited visibility and insufficient short-interval control meant that recurring problem areas were not being identified or addressed systematically.
MCS introduced CM monitoring across all sections, with weekly and six-weekly reporting to enable short-interval control and longer-term trending. The full workforce was trained, and the MCS production system was embedded into daily operating rhythms with hands-on underground coaching throughout.
